Experience:
Dr. Shiu earned his degree from the University of Glasgow, in Scotland. He studied pathology at the Royal Veterinary College in London, before moving to New York to become house officer at Cornell University. He continued his training at UW School of Veterinary Medicine, achieving diplomate status with the ACVIM in 2011. He has published and presented nationally research in both canine and feline oncology, and his interests include hemangiosarcoma, mast cell tumors and lymphoma.
